TDEC in cooperation with union directors and conference superintendents have purchased a site licence to Encyclopedia Britannica online for all Adventist schools.

The TDEC (Technology and Distance Education Committee K-12) was established by the NAD Union Directors of Education Council and the NAD K-12 Board of Education. This standing committee has been given the responsibility of researching issues in educational technology, developing Adventist distance education policies and guidelines, serving as a resource for distance education, and facilitating the integration of technology in the instructional process.
