DescriptionOversees the strategic and financial planning for Dining Services. Sets goals and objectives of operation. Reviews financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations. Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints. Inspects food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations. Confers with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities such as Gazebo, school lunch, child care lunch, and catering operations. Estimates food and beverage costs and requisitions or purchase supplies.
ExperienceBachelor degree in related field and four to ten years related experience /training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong business background required. Culinary experience and certifications preferred. Proven management skills required. Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
