DescriptionWe are looking for a food serivice director for Bass Memorial Academy who can (a) work well with students, (b) prepare and serve well balanced attractive meals.
ExperienceAn associate degree in Food Service and 3 years of work-related experience is preferred. In lieu of a degree, eight years of acceptable food service experiences with at least three years in a supervisory capacity would be a minimum requirement. The director must have a working knowledge of all areas of food service which includes vegetarian meal preparation, baking, supervision of academy student workers, and maintaining a clean, aesthetic cafeteria environment. The director must have a working knowledge of food service equipment and the ability to perform the normal duties of food services such as ordering, storing, preparing, serving, and cleaning.
