DescriptionInstalls and repairs personal computer hardware, and software. Troubleshoots hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, drives, PDAs, etc. Provides technical assistance and training to system users. Inspects computer equipment and software before delivering it to the end user. Troubleshoots network ports and assists with network and telephone wiring. Assists with maintaining systems including testing systems (like “clickers”), learning management system (LMS), timeclock systems, etc.
Experience• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred) or two to three years of related experience. • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server, Office suite, Access and graphic software packages as well as Macintosh and Widows hardware. • Must have strong commitment to work as a team member. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Creative problem solving skills • Customer Service Oriented • Strong oral and written communication skills
