DescriptionTo spiritual coordinate and lead the continued development of Adventist Education in the Indiana Conference. Seek teachers for vacancies, attend school board meetings, represent the conference administration, implement the NAD educational code, preach on Sabbaths, give guidance to the academy and serve on the K-12 Board. ExperienceSuccessful teaching experience is required. A working knowledge of the NAD Educational code is needed. A masters degree in education is required. Currented certification is needed. Comfortable working with technology is necessary. Experience in conflict managment skills would be advantegous. Experience in human resources would help. Having had some experience in fund raising would be good. Being a parent would be nice, but not required.
