DescriptionForest Lake Educational Center - located in Longwood in the central Florida area - is one of the largest elementary schools in the North American Division. The school offers grades pre-k-8th grade and has an enrollment of approximately 560 students. Currently, they have an opening for a sixth grade homeroom teacher in a departmentalized upper grades program who has strengths in Bible and history. In addition, the ability to integrate technology into the course work is desirable.
ExperienceExperience is needed and North American Division Certification is required. Florida Conference requests that its teachers have a willingness to learn and grow in the Southern Union Adventist EDGE initiative.
