DescriptionThe Director of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Planning is responsible for identifying, collecting, organizing, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data for use in institutional assessment and planning. The position is also responsible for preparing and managing an annual calendar for the collection and publication of the various data required for standard reports to the Board of Trustees, Administration, state and federal government agencies, accrediting organizations, and denominational entities.
Experience• Bachelors Degree • Knowledge of File Maker Pro, Access, SQL Database software • Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills, especially technical writing • Ability in developing and modifying databases • Ability to work collaboratively both as a leader and as a member of a team • Organizational and analytical skills • Commitment to accuracy and detail • Commitment to Adventist education and the mission of PUC
